Their work lives in two extremes: she is as enamored with the community and experimentation of devised work and avant-garde theatre as she is with the high-octane rush and scale of industrials, concerts, and commercial theatre. Rudolph (Lighting Designer, she/they) is a freelance lighting designer in New York City and Washington, D.C. This is Elzi’s debut production at The Barn, and she is incredibly excited to see this show come together! This year, she designed Stanford’s annual Gaieties, a student choreographed dance show Ricochet, and was assistant costume designer on A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She moved to NYC in 2019 to pursue her career as both an assistant and designer for theatre, television and film.Įlzi Thomas (Associate Costume Designer) is a costume designer currently studying theater making at Stanford University. In addition to her work as a designer, Lindsey has also worked as a scenic artist, props artisan, puppet/mask maker, and director. She is a recent graduate of the MFA program in design at the University of Iowa. Lindsey LaRissa Kuhn (Costume Designer) is a costume and scenic designer from Minnesota currently based in New York City. Co-creator of the satirical country band “The Chalks” which has been seen and heard in cabarets, radio and honky tonks across the country. Acting and writing credits span New York, regional and international stages. And resident director of In Your Face New York at St. Other directing: Pitt Stages, Axelrod Performing Arts Center, Mason Street Warehouse, The Depot Theatre, Ocean State Theatre, White Plains Performing Arts Center, Cortland Rep, 14 seasons at Saint Michael’s Playhouse. Recent work: co-creator of the PLAYS FOR US series, author of The True Story of Judith, director of Amy Stiller’s “Just Trust” at Emerging Artists, “Notes to Wherever” at the Cherry Lane, and new work in the Woman Playwrights Initiative at the Ivoryton Playhouse.
